POSTER PRESENTATION RULES

 

  1. Use capital letters for the title; then write the names of the authors, institution and city.
  2. Use standard abbreviations. Unusual ones must be quoted in brackets after completely write its meaning the first time they appear.
  3. You can include simple tables or graphics.
  4. Original works are allowed, not previously published. The deadline for receipt of submissions is September 6th, 2017.
  5. The poster should have a maximum of 300 words, structured as follows: Objectives, Material and Methods, Results and Conclusions.
  6. The Technical Secretary will confirm by email Meeting the reception of your communication and then will be sent to the Scientific Committee.
  7. The person in charge of submission must be registered at the Meeting.
  8. The size of the poster is 90 cm. wide and 120 cm. tall (vertical format) in one piece.
  9. The poster must be printed by the authors and it must located during the Meeting day in the designated area.
  10. The reception of communications will be made exclusively by email and in Word format:iscore@gruporic.com

NORMAS POSTER

 

  1. Utilizar mayúsculas para el título; a continuación escribir los nombres de los autores, institución y ciudad.
  2. Utilizar abreviaturas estándares. Las no habituales deberán expresarse entre paréntesis tras escribir completamente su significado la primera vez que aparezcan.
  3. Se pueden incluir tablas sencillas o gráficos.
  4. Se admitirán trabajos originales, no publicados anteriormente. La fecha límite para la recepción de comunicaciones es el día 6 de septiembre de 2017.
  5. El trabajo deberá tener un máximo de 300 palabras y estructurarse de la siguiente forma: Objetivos, Material y Métodos, Resultados y Conclusiones.
  6. La Secretaría Técnica del Meeting confirmará por correo electrónico la adecuada recepción de su comunicación y, posteriormente, enviará la resolución del Comité Científico
  7. La persona encargada de presentar la comunicación deberá estar inscrita en el Meeting.
  8. La dimensión del Póster será de 90 cm. de ancho y 120 cm. de alto (formato vertical) en una sola pieza.
  9. El Poster deberá ser impreso por los autores quienes deberán ubicarlo en el área designada por la Secretaría Técnica de la jornada.
  10. La recepción de comunicaciones se hará exclusivamente por correo electrónico y en formato Word: iscore@gruporic.com
